Buckley is an innocent, inquisitive, and optimistic snowboy with a bucket on his head who is always willing to help out everyone in Peppermont when needed. Buckley is described as a saver as Buckley collects money in order to raise the money he needs for him, his friend Newbio, and sometimes Chamellia and Pasarol.

Buckley wears a bucket on his head or carries with him as his Bucket is his signature accessory as he tends to hold on to his accessory at all times.

Though Buckley can be quite impulsive and ditzy at times, but his actions sometimes have a positive effect.
