Mr. Toaddis happens to be the head of a mafia gang known as the Amphibian. Mr. Toaddis takes his mafia boss role quite seriously as he's never a doubt that he'll always show his respect towards his members as his members will always have him in mind when it comes to important missions as he'll always be there when needed so.

Mr. Toaddis himself is rather calm and collected individual, even if his plans or his agents failed the mission, he always never tends to get mad but would rather be disappointed to them.

On top of being quite of a serious boss of Amphibian, he also has a dry sense of humor.
