Newbio is a robot who is unable to speak as he can only make a sound of a computer noise whenever he talks or respond to someone during a conversation. Newbio is a calm, friendly, and warm-hearted as he's willing to tag along with his best friend Buckley on his daily adventures showing his caring towards him.

Newbio happens to be the most calmest out of the main characters, though he does tend to be quite introverted, especially when it comes to strange situations surrounding him, causing Newbio to be skeptical regarding on the situations that he encounters wither if it's good or bad.
